We currently have five DE&I communities at Kaluza; Gender Equality, Ethnic Diversity, Neurodiversity and Pride and Wellbeing.

Mission: Ensuring people of all genders feel expected, accepted & supported at Kaluza by breaking down any barriers to their recruitment, retention and development.

Mission: Making Kaluza a nurturing place to work regardless of people’s ethnicities and cultural backgrounds by helping people to learn, share and grow.

Mission: To empower individuals to confidently articulate and advocate for their own specific needs, without the fear of unhelpful assumptions. Through education and support, we work towards creating a working environment where everyone feels valued and respected, and where the unique strengths and perspectives that come with neurodiversity are celebrated.
