FLEX PAY, BONUS, PENSION & SHARES

FLEXIBLE ANNUAL LEAVE AND BANK HOLIDAYS

You’ll get a total of 34 days of holiday to take when you’d like, which includes bank holidays. We’ve made all of the UK Bank Holidays fully flexible so you can choose which ones you would like to take off! You can also buy and sell additional holiday days.

PROGRESSIVE LEAVE POLICIES

If you have a new addition to your family - we'll give you 26 weeks full pay. We also offer premature baby leave, miscarriage leave and we’ll support you during IVF. If you want to take a career break - you can take up to 12 months. And you can also take 5 days leave every 4 years for important personal events. We want our policies to be inclusive, so there’s no qualifying service period.

WELLBEING FRONT AND CENTRE

We also offer unlimited bereavement leave (including miscarriage leave) and compassionate leave if you’re supporting someone through an illness.You’ll also get coverage for pre-existing medical conditions. Need access to a GP? You can access a virtual GP through a handy app. Cover will also include fertility checks and support on gender dysmorphia.

Flexible working is part of our culture and most of Kaluza work in a hybrid way. From adjusting your hours, working mostly from home, or sometimes working abroad - we trust you to work in a way that suits your lifestyle. Learn more about our Flexible working promise here.
